The hotel was as good or better than a luxury hotel for the cost of a Best Western. The "Kitchenette" was fully stocked with plates pans, silverware, etc, and was very large, and included a dish washer. The heater/AC was dedicated to the room, but as quiet as central air. The shower was some kind of innovative designer shower that had a silver plate across the front where the water drained, and when the water hit the silver, it sounded like a wind chime. The space was more than I needed, and included a sofa that extended to a folding bed. Breakfast included hand-made omelettes by the staff while you wait. The fully carpeted room was pet-friendly for a one-time fee of $70.

We had issues with our tv upon check in, we contacted Dee at the front desk and she got us into a different room within minutes and was so polite and friendly! that was great as my daughter didn't feel well, it wasn't spotless but its an older property, my only complaint was breakfast was awful, and had limited choices. sausage was burnt like it was cooked in the microwave, eggs were more water than eggs, apples were wrinkly like they were old. def not impressed with the breakfast at all. we would def stay again and just go out for breakfast. thanks Dee your awesome!

Was a nightmare and I checked right back out, would not let my family stay in such a dirty and unsafe place.

The apartment was beautiful and very cozy. It was perfect for a stay over the long weekend and was located close to route 15, which brought us to all the places we wanted to visit. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were amazing. You could just sink right in! Having the two bedrooms was a plus and I love the fact there was an extra blanket. That was a nice touch as I love the weight of an extra covering. Maybe more would like the same? It really was a wonderful place to stay.

The area I stayed in was as close to the venue I was there for as one could possible get. It was also close to many good eats. I recommend hitting up the Kokonut Island Grill while you are in Pleasant Grove. Really good food that is easy on the wallet.

I liked the close location where we needed to be.
I liked the close location where we needed to be. I did not like the fact that the hotel front desk booked a graduation party right above the room we were staying in and there was loud music, laughing, screaming, bouncing on the floors, etc. etc. until 3 am when my husband and I got up and called the front desk to complain. The front desk did not offer to change our rooms but instead went up to the party room and spoke with them. This made it alittle more quiet but we could still hear the beat of some music and talking until @ 4 am or so. My husband had to get up at 6 am for work so we basically had no sleep, or very little.
